     MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. corn syrup
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
6 qts. popped corn
 

Instructions
Combine butter, corn syrup, brown sugar and salt in glass bowl. Microwave on high till mixture comes to a boil. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir in soda. Pour over popcorn in large paper bag sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Stir lightly. Microwave popcorn in bag for 1 minute-- Stir--microwave 1 1/2 minutes longer. Tear bag open-- spread apart to cool. Store in air tight container. Note- Do not use recycle paper for paper bag.
