     CARAMEL CORN

Ingredients
1 3/4 c. unpopped corn (Orville Red)
5 sticks real butter
- Melt with 2 lbs. brown sugar
and 1 cup of white syrup.
Mix till boiling.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Add 1 Tbs. baking soda.
 

Instructions
Stir quickly. Have popcorn popped and laid out on two pieces of foil. Pour over corn. Use 2 pans. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Turn every 10 minutes. Put in clean tin foil. Break apart for 5 to 10 minutes with spoon.
