In saucepan, combine oleo, brown sugar, and syrup.
Boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp.
soda. Beat until foamy. Quickly pour over popped
corn and mix. Bake on cookie sheets in oven at
200 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from pans
immediately.
