In large microwave bowl, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter for 1 minute. Stir and heat an additional 30 seconds on high or until melted. Gently stir cereal into mixture. Let dry overnight. Mix powdered sugar throughout mixture until well coated. (best if placed in plastic bag and toss with powdered sugar)
