1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion in
butter until onion is tender. Stir in flour, salts,
pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, stirring
constantly. Lower heat.
2. Stir in soup and simmer, uncovered, for 10
minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Add
noodles and serve.
