Pop your popcorn and make sure to get all of the un-popped kernels out of the batch. Place popcorn in a very large bowl. In a saucepan, add the margarine, brown sugar and marshmallows. Heat until melted. Heat only until melted and stir constantly while melting. Do not cook. Pour mixture over popcorn and toss to coat.
