1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, cream
cheese and butter. Mix until well blended. Add eggs
one at a time, mixing well after each one. Blend in
pumpkin.
2. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Add into first mixture and stir until just moist.
Fold in nuts.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 9
by 5 inch loaf pans. Pour mixture into pans. Bake
for 60-70 minutes, or until tooth pick comes out
clean.
4. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
