     Fort Bragg Salmon on Bar-B-Que

Ingredients
4 (6 ounce) Salmon fillets
Basting Sauce (recipe follows)
1 Cup Canola Oil
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Basil
1 1/2 tsp. Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Worchestshire Sauce
2 TBSP. Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 TBSP. Fresh Oregano leaves, chopped
 
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder or 1 zested clove of garlic
Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
Whisk all basting sauce ingredients to combine, mixing well. Reserve 1/3 cup basting sauce for grilling. Place salmon in baking dish and pour basting sauce (less 1/3 Cup)over to coat salmon. Marinate salmon fillets for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours in refrigerator. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place fish on grill skin side down. Grill until just cooked through, 10-15 minutes brushing with reserved basting sauce throughout grilling. Serve immediately.
