     Thanksgiving Stuffing

Ingredients
4 lbs ground beef
4 lbs ground pork
8 cups rice-cooked
1 red apple
1 chayote(mirliton)
1 yam(sweet potato)
1 russet potato
1 bell pepper
1 onion
 
1 large handful of chopped green onion top
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Grind all vegetables very finely. Brown the meats in a large stock pot with salt and pepper (don't drain off drippings) Add veggies to the meats and cook until soft. Add onion tops. Stir until well combined. Add rice and stir to combine. Remove from heat and serve warm.
