Set up a dredging station=1 plate of bread crumbs, 1 plate with egg and milk whisked together.
(i like to season both the egg wash and the bread crumbs)
Dredge steaks in egg wash first, then into the bread crumbs.
Heat oil to 350F. Fry steaks in small batches until GBD=golden brown and delicious.
Drain on paper towels.
