1 medium clove garlic, chopped ( or minced garlic)
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 cup old world st;yle spagetti sauce
6 cooked lasagne noodles
1 container (12 oz) cottage cheese
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese ( or mozerella)
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ground beef and garlic in skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until ground beef is brown; drain. Stir in Italian seasoning and spaghetti sauce. Heat to boiling; remove from heat.
Spread 1/4 cup beef mixture in square pan, 8x8 or 9x9. Top with 2 cooked lasagne noodles. Spread 1/3 of beef mixture over noodles in pan. Spread 1/3 cottage cheese over beef mixture. Sprinkle 1/3 shredded cheese on top. Repeat layering twice. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake about 10 min or until hot and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 min before serving.
