Trim fat from steak and cut into thin slices across the grain. Add one tsp sesame oil to skillet over medium high heat. Add steak and green onions. Stir fry one minute. Remove steak mixture from skillet. Heat remaining tsp of oil and stir fry slaw for 30 seconds. Remove from pan. Add 1 1/2 cups water to skillet and noodles from both packages. Only add one seasoning packet.Cook noodles 2 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Add rest of ingredients to skillet along with soy sauce. Cook until thoroughly heated.
