     Spanish Sauce

Ingredients
2 TBSP. Butter
1/2 Cup shopped Celery
1 Can stewed Tomatoes, broken up a bit (16 ounce)
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 Cup chopped Onion
1/4 Cup chopped Bell Pepper
1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
3 Dashes Tobasco Sauce
 

Instructions
Melt butter, cook onions, celery and bell pepper until wilted. Do not brown. Add tomatoes and seasonings, Cover and cook 10 minutes. My Dad used to make this for breakfast and serve over omelettes. I love this sauce! This can also be served over pork chops or meatloaf.
