Mix softened cream cheese and flavoring together. Add color next, if you want more than one color, divide the cream cheese mixture. Mix powdered sugar a little at a time into the cream cheese mixture until it is stiff enough to mold. Sprinkle sugar on the bottom of the mold before pressing each mint. Place on waxed paper till firm.
