     Chicken-crockpot mexican dish

Ingredients
Chicken breasts-2 to 4 skinless boneless
1 can corn-drained
1 can black beans- drained
1 jar salsa
1 block fat free cream cheese
 

Instructions
dump all ingredients into crockpost, leave to cook all day on low.
For last hour plop cream cheese in and turn to high.
After an hour stir cream cheese around to mix. You can shred chicken up or serve whole pieces.
Serving Suggestions
You can served over shredded cabbage posole-like for variation. You can also let it cook down with the lid off and serve as burrito/taco filling.
