3/4 CUP SIFTED FLOUR
1 TBSP SUGAR
1/2 TSP SALT
1 1/4 CUP MILK
 

Instructions
BEAT EGGS TIL THICK AND LEMON-COLORED, SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS; ADD TO EGG MIXTURE, BEATING TILL SMOOTH. STIR IN MILK. POUR BATTER ONTO MODERATELY HOT BUTTERED GRIDDLE, SPREADING BATTER EVENLY TO MAKE THIN PANCAKES. TURN WHEN UNDERSIDE IS LIGHT BROWN
