Ingredients
a. 6 tablespoons butter
a. 3 cloves garlic
a. 1/2 small onion
b. large handful of spinach (thaw it if it is frozen)
b. mushrooms
b. imitation crab (not needed, I just needed to get rid of it)
c. small feta cheese container
d. 1 cup swiss cheese shredded
d. 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
 
d. salt and pepper to taste
e. 3 eggs
e. 3/4 cup milk (I used almond milk and it was fine)
f. pie crust (I might try doing one without a crust next time, just putting miixture into a pie tin)

Instructions
Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the A mixture and sauté for about 5 minutes until it starts to brown.
Add in the B mixture and stir well. Turn the burner off.
Add all of the feta cheese and combine the shredded cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add most of the shredded cheese mixture in (save a chunk for the top). Stir until cheese starts to melt.
Put the contents of the skillet into pie crust (or pan if crustless). Beat the eggs and milk (D) and pour into the pie pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 375. At this time, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on. Bake for 30 more minutes.
