one tsp turmeric, one tsp mustard seeds, one tsp
curry (mild or hot depends on ur preference, I use
vindaloo curry), fry them in one tsp olive oil,
throw 90gr basmati rice and dry-fry in the spices
for a few minutes, add some boiling water and
chopped onions and leave rice to cook in it
checking it every few minutes and adding boiling
water till it is nearly done and water is nearly
all absorbed. Then add diced mushrooms and 1/4 tin
zalza pronta and let simmer till rice is done and
sauce nearly absorbed (you dont want soggy rice)
