Add ice water and cream of tartar to egg yolks and whip until lemon-colored and mixture has increased about four times in volume. Fold in sugar. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Fold into first mixture, together with orange rind and lemon flavoring. Bake in tube pan in 325 oven for 45 minutes. Invert to cool. Cover with 7 minute icing, to which has been added 1/2 Tsp lemon flavoring and 3 Tsp grated orange rind. (cut from newspaper)
