5 grams Baking soda or a flat teaspoon

220 g butter

150 grams sugar (u can use a bit less)

150 g or less dark brown sugar

1 Tablespoon vanilla

2 large eggs

340 g chc chips
|

optionsl to add up to 120 g nuts chopped

half a teaspoon or less salt

Instructions |

prehet oven to 190
combine flour, Baking Soda and salt in a good sized
bowl
|
|
|
|
In another bowl, beat butter, sugars and vanilla
till creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Beating well
after each egg
|
|
|
|
Gradually beat into to the flour, add choc, nuts.
Use a tablespoon to drop batter off onto a baking
sheet in a pan. Bake 9-11 mins. Cool.
