Gently fry sausage in the oil. Put them aside.
Peel and chop the onion. Fry the onion, add the
rice. Fry or about 7 min. Add the mushroom, green
beans or peas. sweet corn, stock cube, worchester
sauce and water. Season with salt and pepper.
simmer very gently for about 12min untill rice is
tender and all the water is absorbed. Slice the
sausages and stir them into the rice. Serve hot or
cold.
