     Pulled Pork-Crockpot

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   4-6
Preptime   10 min

Ingredients
Pork Butt-deboned
pepper
1 package Onion soup
1 bottle of liquid smoke (depending on size of pork)
BBQ Sauce
Buns for sandwich

Instructions
Have the pork butt deboned. Pepper the roast and put it in the crockpot. Mix the liquid smoke and half the package of the onion soup in the crock pot with the roast.
Cook the roast for a while 6-8 hours. Once it is finished, take two forks and shred the pork.
Once you have shredded all the meat, add some BBQ sauce. You do not need to add a lot. If more is needed you can add it to your sandwich.
Turn the crock pot back on low for a little while longer. Once the BBQ sauce is mixed well with the pork and heated, serve and enjoy!
