     Snickers Santa Surprise Cookie

Ingredients
1 (18 oz) tube refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
18 snickers brand minis, unwrapped
1 (16 oz) container vanilla frosting
red or green food color
 
Instructions
Divide the dough into 1 T. pieces and flatten. Place a snickers brand minis in the center of each piece of dough. Form the dough into a ball around each snickers mini. Place on non-stick cookie sheet and bake in preheated 350 oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes and then move them to a baking rack or waxed paper to cool completely. Divide the frosting into two bowls. Tint one bowl green and the other bowl red. Place the frosting into separate re-sealable bags. Snip off a corner from each bag and drizzle the cookies with frosting.
