2 c. sugar
1 c. half n half
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/3 stick butter
1 c. pecans

Butter marble slab or cookie sheet. Place the sugar, half n half, baking soda and butter in saucepan. Turn on heat. Stir ingredients and DO NOT STOP STIRRING! Use candy thermometer and cook to 240 degrees. Stir in pecans. Dip size you want onto slab or cookie sheet. Let set.
