Bake potatoes in the microwave and peel. I like to use my oven mitts and paper towel to easily peel off the skin without using a knife.

In a skillet melt the butter on medium high heat. Place the whole potatoes in the skillet along with the corned beef and onion. Use the potato masher to combine and mash all ingredients together in the skillet.

Lay mixture flat all over the skillet to brown on one side. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper on the hash mixture.

With a spatula divide the hash into sections and flip to brown on the other side. Once it has caramelized, it's ready! Enjoy with Deb Neese's Cottage Cheese Pancakes pancakes! (See Book for Recipe!)
