     VAL'S BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP

Ingredients
2 Tbs. margarine
3/4 c. chopped onion
8 oz. fine egg noodles
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
pepper
salt
celery salt
 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
6 c. milk

Instructions
Heat margarine; sauté onion. Add water and bouillon cubes. Heat to boiling and add noodles. Cook three minutes stirring. Add broccoli and cook four minutes. Add cheese and seasonings; cook and stir until hot. Serves 8-10.
