     TACO SOUP

Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 large onion, chopped
1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 small can of whole tomatoes
4 oz. sour cream
1 small can chili beans
 

Instructions
Brown hamburger and onion. Add chili beans, tomatoes and Rotel. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder to preferred taste. Cook until onion is transparent. Add Velveeta cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is thoroughly melted. Serve, topped with sour cream or shredded cheese. Corn chips are tasty to use or may be served with crackers
