     Balsamic Vinaigrette

Servings   1 cup

Ingredients
1 small clove garlic, smashed and minced
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. honey
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
 

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, slat, pepper, Dijon, honey and vinegar. Drizzle olive oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking as you go, until the dressing is emulsified.
Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to blend. Shake well prior to use.
