     Chicken-pecan quiche

Ingredients
1 c. All purpose flour
1 c. (4ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Chopped pecans
1 teas. Salt
1/4 teas. Paprika
1/3 c. Oil
1 c. Sour cream
1/2 c. Chicken broth
1/4 mayo
 
3 large eggs
2 c. Finely chopped chicken
1/2 c. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Minced, fresh onion
1/4 teas. Dried dill weed
3 drops of hot sauce

Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a med. bowl; stir well. Add oil; stir well. Firmly press mixture on bottom and up sides of a 9 in. deep dish pie plate. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Cool. Combine sour cream, broth, mayo, and eggs; stir with whisk until smooth. Stir in chicken and next 4 ingredients.. Pour mixture over prepared crust.( Can arrange pecan halves on top). I don't do this. Bake 350 for 55 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. I usually make 2 at a time and freeze one. ( to freeze dont cook as long and reheat when thawed)

We all love this quiche. Serve with fruit.
