1 16 oz can tomatoes or tomatoes with green chilies
Instructions
Sort, wash and soak beans overnight in water. Drain. Add first 5 ingredients, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1/2 hour more stirring occasionally.
