     Chocolate Zucchini squares

Ingredients
4 eggs
3/4 c oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 C sugar
1 3/4 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 c cocoa (unsweetened)
1 tsp cinnamon
 
dash nutmeg
3 c grated zucchini
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350, greases a 9x13 pan
Beat eggs• add oil, vanilla and sugar • add dry ingredients, then fold in zucchini. optional - add chocolate chips or nuts
