     Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients
4 cups fruit, canned or fresh
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
3 tsp baking powder
1 stick butter
 

Instructions
Heat 375 degree oven. Melt butter in 13 x 9 baking dish. Make batter from flour, milk and sugar in a bowl. Sweeten fresh fruit with extra cup of sugar. Heat fruit to dissolve sugar and bring to boil. Pour batter over melted butter. Pour fruit on batter. DO NOT MIX. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
