     Dog Lake Steak

Ingredients
Go to Maltese and ask Dave to cut you Top Sirloin Dog Lake Cut
Montreal steak spice
olive oil
 

Instructions
Note- often maltese will prepare the steak with the spices and olive oil alreay done and sealed in a bag. If not when you get the steak home sprinkle generously with Montreal Steak Spice. In a large zip lock bag add 1/4 cup of Bertolii EVO. Drop the steak in the bag and knead it until the oil hasa coated the steak completly. Marinating time is 2 days for best results. but it could be done in 2 hrs if necessary. Over the next 2 days every time you open the fridge knead the steak.
take the steak out 2 hours before cooking time so it comes up to room temperature. Turn the BBQ on high and let it preheat. Turn one side of the grill off. Put the steak on the off side and cook for 12 minutes a side. Pull of the grill and cover with aluminum foil and let stand 5-7 minutes.
