Note- often maltese will prepare the steak with the spices and olive oil alreay done and sealed in a bag. If not when you get the steak home sprinkle generously with Montreal Steak Spice.
In a large zip lock bag add 1/4 cup of Bertolii EVO. Drop the steak in the bag and knead it until the oil hasa coated the steak completly.
Marinating time is 2 days for best results. but it could be done in 2 hrs if necessary. Over the next 2 days every time you open the fridge knead the steak.
