Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/3 cup sugar
2 extra-large egg yolks, at room temperature
2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 sheets (1 box) frozen puff pastry, defrosted
egg wash for gluing the pastry together
 

Instructions
Roll one sheet of the dough out and cut into 4 squares. Add a large spoon of the filling in the middle and use the egg wash to glue the edges down and then fold over the edges and paint the entire pastry with eggwash and bake for 15-20 minutes on 375 or until golden brown
