     Beef Wellington Made Easy

Ingredients
1 beef roast
1/2 lbs mushrooms of your choice
2 garlic cloves
one medium onion
2 table spoons flour
i pkg of puff pastry (defrosted)
 

Instructions
Place the roast in the slow cooker until tender then remove it. Saute the mushrooms and onions with the garlic. Next, take the flour and put it in the slow cooker with the juice from the roast and stir until thick then place the mushrooms and onions in and stir well. Place the roast in the gravy and pull apart gently with a fork
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares and bake for 15-20 minutes until brown and puffed. Place the pastry square on the plate then spoon the roast and gravy.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with roasted veggies.
