     Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
6 oz spaghetti
2 T butter
1/3 cup parmesan
2 well-beaten eggs
1 lb ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 cup green pepper
1 8 oz can tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomato paste
 
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup mozzerella

Instructions
Cook spaghetti, drain (3 1/2 cups). Stir in butter, then parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti mixture into crust in a buttered 10 inch pie plate. In skillet cook meat, onion and green peppers until vegetables are tender. Drain fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano and garlic. Heat through. Spread cottage cheese over crust, fill pie with meat mixture. Bake uncovered in 350' oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzerella and bake 5 minutes longer. Can use store bought spaghetti sauce.
