Beat eggs for 5 minutes, add sugar. Stir in flour,
baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan (15 X
10 X 1). Top with 1 cup finely chopped nuts.
Bake @ 350' for 15 minutes. Turn onto a towel
sprinkled with powdered sugar. Starting at narrow
end roll towel and cake together. Cool, unroll and
spread with filling.
