     Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk - use small can evaporated milk, add regular
milk to make 1 cup
12 oz jar peanut butter
small jar marshmellow fluff
1 tsp vanilla
nuts - optional
 

Instructions
In large saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, turn back heat and continue to cook at a rolling boil for 5 minutes or soft ball stage. Remove from heat and immediately add peanut butter, marshmellow fluff and vanilla. Pour into a 9 X 13 inch buttered pan. Add nuts. Score top into squares for easier cutting once cooled.
