     JEAN’S CHEESEBURGER SOUP

Ingredients
8 potatoes (I use 1 bag of the southern style diced potatoes)
2 Tbs. butter ( I didn’t use butter because I brown my hamburger in the microwave)
1/4 c. chopped onions (I use minced onions and cooked them with the hamburger)
1/4 lb. Velvetta cheese ( used a lot more, I tasted and added more cheese -not exact)
4 c. milk
2 Tbs. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. beef bouillon
 
1 lb. hamburger

Instructions
In a medium skillet sauté onion in butter. Brown hamburger and drain off grease. In a large sauce pan cook potatoes until tender. Drain set aside (I microwaved my bag for a few minutes so they were not frozen. In the same large saucepan blend flour and milk together. Add the rest of the ingredients; simmer until warm.
