Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add strawberries. Let thicken in
refrigerator. Combine softened cream cheese and pwd. sugar.
Blend in whipped topping and marshmallows. Smooth cream mixture
on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Spread gelatin mixture over cheese layer.
Chill.
