Boil- pineapple, add sugar and Jell-O. Then add nectar. Let partially set. Whip cream cheese, add remaining ingredients. Fold in cool whip.
Sometimes especially in warm weather, I add 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/4 c. hot water. Makes a little firmer, especially if you are taking it to a dinner.
