     Crescent rolls

Ingredients
2 pkgs active dry yeasty
3/4 c warm water
1/2 c white sugar
1 t salt
2eggs
1/2c shortening
4c all-purpose flour
1/4 c butter, softened
 

Instructions
Place all ingredients in the bread machine on dough cycle. When timer goes off, take dough out and divide into two halves. Roll the dough out and cut each circle into 8 triangles with a pizza cutter. Allow to rise for about 10-20 min. In a preheated 170degree oven. When done rising, bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 min.
Can be preshaped into crescents and frozen flash style. When needed allow to thaw in the fridge overnight. Place on counter and allow to rise for 1 hour on the counter prior to baking.
