     Sour Cream Coffee Bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup butter softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2tsp vanilla
1 -500ml tub of sourcream
3 cups flour
1.5 tsp. baking powder
1.5 tsp.baking soda
1/4 tsp salt.
 
FILLING-
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup walnuts
1.5 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a BUNDT cake pan. 1. Combine the butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla with a mixture for 2 minutes. 2. Stir in the sourcream. 3. In a seperate bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.Combine well. 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
5. Filling- combine a bowl and mix all together Assembly- Sprinkle 1/2 of the batter into the greased bundt pan.Sprinkle a little less than half of the filling on top. Spoon another 1/3 of the batter, followed again by the filing. Spoon the final 1/3 of the batter and sprinkle the remaing filling on top.
Bake 60 minutes in 350 degree oven or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
