1 C. CRUSHED PINEAPPPLE SLIGHLTY DRAIN
2 STICKS SOFTENED MARGARINE
1 C CRISCO
2 C SUGAR
4 t FLOUR
1 1/2 C WARM MILK
5 bags marshmallows
3 bags coconut

Instructions
cream sugar brown sugar margarine in large bowl. ADD EGGS AND VAILLA MIX WELL MIX FLOUR SALT BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA ADD TO CREAMED MIXTURE STIR IN SLIGHTLY DRAINED PINEAPPLE. DROP B SCANT TEASPOON ON GREASED SHEET
BAKE 350 FOR 10 MIN TILL LIGHT BROWN ON BOTTOM. CUT THIN SLICE OFF TOP MARSHMALLOW AND AS SOON AS COOKIE COMES FROM OVEN PUT MARSHMALLOW CUT SIDE DOWN ON HOT COOKIE COOL COMPLETELY
ICING--- CEAM MARGARINE,CRISCO, AND SUGAR BEAT TILL LIGHT AND FLUFFLY SLOWLY ADD WARM MILK BEAT TILL DOUBLE IN VOLUME.
ICE COOLED COOKIE BUILDING ICING INTO PEAK COVER WITH COCONUT PUT IN PAPER CUP MAY FREEZE
