Ingredients
Loaf of your Favorite Bakery Bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage meat
12 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 Tbsp. season salt
2 cups shredded Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Place cubed bread in a greased casserole dish. In a skillet, fry sausage until fully cooked; drain excess grease. Sprinkle over the bread cubes.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk and season salt. Pour over sausage. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes. Makes 8-10 servings.
