     Homemade Granola Bars

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup oats
2 cups rice krispies
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup melted butter
2/3 cup hone
Extra Chewy Option
 
4 1/2 cups oats omit rice krispies
Optional
walnuts
pecans
sunflower seeds
chocolate chips
shredded coconut
craisins

Instructions
Preheat oven 325 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13 pan. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Firmly press into pan. Bake for 18-22 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Wrap each bar in plastic wrap. Store bars in large freezer bags. They will not completely freeze so they can be eaten right away out of the freezer.
