Combine- 1 tsp sugar with water, add yeast. Let rise. Add remaining
ingredients- vinegar, oil, potato flakes, salt and flour. Dough should
not be sticky but smooth. Let rise till doubled. Dough may be made
into bread or buns. Once in pan let rise again until double in bulk.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes for buns, 28-30 minutes for bread.
