ANITA’S EASY CHICKEN WALDORF SALAD
Tortilla Shells-
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Crumple 4 large sheets of foil to make 4 (3 in.) balls. Place on baking sheet. Place one tortilla over each ball; spray with cooking spray. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until tortillas are golden brown. (Tortillas will drape over balls to form shells as they bake).
Salad-
2 cans chicken breasts 1 apple (chopped)
20 red seedless grapes ¼ c. celery (chopped)
1 c. miniature marshmallows ¼ c. light Miracle Whip salad dressing
½ c. pecans, toasted (optional) (bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes)
Combine ingredients and fill tortilla shells – Enjoy!
