Cook the first three ingredients (boiling water, sugar and cornstarch) until thick and boiling. Remove from heat and add 2 pkgs. Jell-O which have been dissolved in 1/2 c. boiling water. Let cool, then add 1 1/2 pt. fresh strawberries. (I use frozen strawberries if I do not have fresh) Pour into pie shell and let cool in refrigerator for 1 hour or more.
