     Apricot Salmon

Ingredients
a. 2 frozen salmon fillets (dethawed)
b. 1.5 cups apricot jam
b. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
b. 2 tablespoons honey
b. 1 tablespoon ginger
b. 2 cloves garlic chopped
b. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
b. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
 

Instructions
Dethaw salmon the night before
Mix the B mixutre in a sauce pan and heat to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Marinate the salmon in the sauce. When ready, coat the salmon in mixture. Bake salmon for 10-12 minutes at 400.
